The air conditioning in my superior plus king room wasn't very effective. it struggled to keep the room cool, especially during the day and the bed was a bit too firm for my liking. I had some trouble getting comfortable and didn't sleep as well as i hoped. it was also a bit noisy at night, with sounds from nearby streets making it harder to relax! i was surprised to find limited english proficiency among some staff, leading to communication difficulties.

i stayed there, and i found the location very convenient. it is close to the mtr, star ferry, and the tram. canton room, a chinese restaurant inside, serves excellent food. the bedding was changed daily. there are many shops, restaurants, and bars around the premises.
the air conditioning was not fully functional in the room, while it worked perfectly in the lobby. additionally, coffee and tea supplies were not replenished . the bed was too short.

the staff seemed friendly enough, though i didn't interact with them much. the restaurant inside offers amazing meals to guests, and the staff there is very helpful, answering all questions regarding the menu.

the hotel is in a perfect location near the wan chai mtr and immigration tower. numerous cafes, restaurants, and bars are available nearby. a marks and spencer's and a local supermarket are also very close.

The room was comfortable and very clean. the hotel provided a spacious room, and more space is offered than in most places. the king bedroom was quite large and renovated. This included chairs and good lighting.

The hotel is in a convenient location near shops, restaurants and transport. my room had a large, comfortable king bed. i appreciated the nice view toward the highrises from my room. I also appreciated the bright bathroom. the staff were helpful and friendly.
the room was slightly small, but similar to others in this price range.

The hotel is close to the metro station and an elevated walkway. the grand hyatt is a short walk from the hotel. cafes and restaurants surround the hotel. The location is very convenient for accessing these amenities.

Concierge victor was very helpful and friendly. He assisted me with securing a concert ticket. several waiters and waitresses also provided good service. the front desk staff were responsive to my requests and brought a heater to my room.

The room was a comfortable size for area standards. the hotel location is convenient if you plan travel. public transport is nearby. The hotel is in a good location for walking around.
they said a refund was coming even though i selected to pay at the hotel. an additional deposit was taken and refund is estimated in several days. the rooms were cold as the ac turns on maximum cold when you leave.

The hotel is near a subway station. There are local restaurants nearby. The staff are friendly. They are professional. The room size is decent for a hotel.
The bathroom had a leak near the toilet. The hairdryer had a button on the side. I had to hold it for the dryer to work. The blower did not blow air straight. I asked for an iron replacement. The iron did not work.

The location is super convenient near mtr exit a1! i noticed several shops and restaurants right outside the hotel and the hotel's entrance is on jaffa street. i found the staff kind and helpful, always ready to assist with directions. the room cleaning was also excellent. I could see that the housekeeping team paid close attention to detail.
i did notice a very slight cigarette smoke smell in the corridor on the last day!
